Died peacefully on 24th October 2026, aged 87, at Meadow Park care home surrounded by family following a long battle with illness.
She was a much-loved mam, mother-in-law, grandma and great-grandma, sister, aunt and great aunt and will be sadly missed by Paul, Michael, Desmond, Nicola, Karen, Kayley, her sister Betty and niece Tina as well as the grandchildren Matthew, Niall, Phillip, Christy, Lauren, Caitlin and Caleb, the great-grandchildren, Ruby, Rose, Sophia, Orla and Quinn.
Would family and friends meet at Northumberland Woodland Burial and Crematorium Bockenfield at 12:30 on Tuesday 10th November 2026.
All will be welcome following the service at the Whitehouse Social Club, High Market, Ashington.

In her later years, she faced the challenges of dementia with the support and love of her family. Although the illness gradually took away so much, it could never take away the love she inspired or the special place she holds in the hearts of those who knew her, particularly her late husband Sandy, with whom she will now be reunited.
